Ron Laxamana

Ron Laxamana is a proud Filipino/American who is fortunate to “love what he does”. He was born in the Phillipines until his family emigrated to the U.S. when he was 8yrs old. Settling in Chicago, he graduated from NIU with a BFA in fine arts, but it was really fashion that was calling him. Ron started to work in Chicago as a stylist for various publications and clients which eventually took him to NYC where his love affair with fashion AND the city continues to this day—and BTW, both return the sentiment! If you ever want to find Ron, just follow the laughter coming from his set. Aside from his artistry, he is known in the industry for his infectious energy, positivity and joyful demeanor which crews and clients alike can’t ever get enough of.  

In his own words: “I’ve been able to have this amazing opportunity to collaborate with extremely talented people all-over the world. I wouldn’t have had those experiences if not for my career in fashion. I love making people feel great about themselves, so that’s what I do. I bring out the best I see in a person, I just help them to see it too!”
